Music Scholarship
Established in 1995
A fund has been established to award a scholarship in the amount of $5000 to a qualified music student. This scholarship will be awarded to a student who plans to major or participate in music in college. The selection and distribution of this scholarship will be by a committee established at the initiation of the scholarship.
If the administration board determines that there is no "qualified" recipient, the interest money for that scholarship year, will be distributed to the band fund.
Applications will be available in April of each year from the counselor or posted on the counselor web site and will be due in the counselor's office on or before April 30 of that same year. Recipients will be announced at an awards night prior to graduation.
